What are the benifits of cardio exercise?
I am 80 lbs overweight male and 23 years old. I planed to lose weight in order to have good health and better appearance. I tried dancing as my cardio exercise, my question is that is this enough exercise and effective for losing weight?
yes i love dancing to the tune of modern popular musics and it keeps me jumping until one hour and i feel good and better, the only problem is that i still love eating and to tell u honestly im slowly trying to change my eating lifestyle to stick away from oils and cholesterol meals such as humburgers butter cheese milk and meaty fats..
For your own opinion after dancing one hour five times a week in one month do you think there is a big change of dropping my weight? you think ill lose 20 lbs? please advice me or tanx im Ryan 23 male from Philippines, 260 lbs trying to lose 80 lbs as my goal
dancing is a great way to exercise. if you do this for an hour each day I’m sure you will lose weight. i don’t know about losing 20lbs but you’ll definitely lose something. as long as you’re doing more exercise than you have been, and eating healthier, you will lose weight.
you’ll definitely want to change your diet, but don’t restrict yourself too much. give yourself a cheat day once a week, where you can have a hamburger. if you stick to this you will definitely lose weight. good luck!
