When working out………?
and trying to lose weight… is it bad to be in the cardio zone? for the heart rate zones there’s like “below something” then there’s fat burning zone, then there’s cardio above fat burning. I’m very out of shape so i’m almost always in the cardio zone because my heart’s working super hard to accommodate my fat a$$.
What i wanna know is should i slow it down and keep my heart rate in the fat burning zone or will I be just as successful if i keep it up in the cardio zone?
Personally I think that the trick to losing weight is calorie deficit. Working out in the cardio zone will burn more calories than the fat burning zone so I think its better to exercise in the cardio zone. The best way to get your heart rate down is to keep exercising. It’ll go down when you get into shape. Breathing properly also helps lower the heart rate while exercising. Just keep at it and if your body is comfortable then you’re doing fine.
